IDOC Monitor in SAP PO

How to use and activate.

Monitor for IDOC inbound and Outbound in SAP PO:

If it is not working and no message is displayed:

Then is necessary to config the log IDoc Resource adapter to true as print below:

- The outbound IDOCS (SAP->PO) is considered as inbound in SAP PO Monitor:

Below an example of an IDoc outbound (from SAP to PO) with filter by IDoc number.

The Inbound IDoc (Legacy to PO) is considered as Outbound in PO monitor:


The IDOCs generates a sequential number in PO IDoc monitor as screenshot above:

To track the IDoc number in ABAP side select the messages and click on IDoc Tracking button:

It will map the number of IDOCs in SAP ABAP side:
