Job Responsibilities
• Plan, conduct and evaluate the tender process for Direct Insurance Broker every 3 years, including designing
measurement criteria for tender process, assessment and evaluation.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate the tender process for selection of Domestic Insurance Company and Lead
Underwriter (Reinsurance Company) as annual program to cover PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG) assets
and ensure that the insurance premium is competitive and at the best terms and condition for DSLNG.
• To analyze the terms and condition for Operational Insurance program which consist of Property Damage &
Business Interruption, Third Party Liability, Marine Cargo, Terrorism & Sabotage, Charterers Liability, Motor
Vehicle, Heavy Equipment and Director & Officer Liability Insurance for the optimum coverage for DSLNG,
meet with minimum lenders requirement and giving recommendation for the improvement terms and condition
to the Broker and Insurer.
• Provide insurance consultancy, giving advice and recommendation to all departments in order to enable to
prepare the contract agreement, designing terms of insurance in Purchase Order (PO) and Contract
Agreement, assess the capability of bidders and review bidder’s insurance policy in order to have a proper
and adequate insurance which meet with DSLNG’s requirement.
• Ad Hoc for Construction Project, to analyze and formulate the terms and condition for Construction All Risk
Insurance, conduct insurance tender, monitor the progress of construction project and request for Provisional
Acceptance or Plant Take Over certificate once its completed.
• Monitor and evaluate insurance market and continually check reinsurers credit rating, including but not limited
to, Broker Letter of Undertaking, Notice of Acknowledgement and Endorsement in order to meet the project
financing terms and condition.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in financial areas (Insurance, Actuary, Accounting, Tax, Finance).
• Minimum of total 5 years of experience in accountant or tax accountant or actuary in accounting or insurance
company.
• Fluent in English for both written and speaking.
• Official financial area (Accounting, Tax, Finance) or Insurance (AAAIK) Certificate (Required).
• Able to interpret and to analyze financial statements (balance sheet, Income statement, cash flow statement,
statement of changes in owners' equity or stockholders' equity).

*Specific Conditions:
Contract base (1 year for initial stage with subject to permanent).
