From this survey number some assignments were already done to
the third parties other than APIIC.
We were proved our long standing possession the same has been
confirmed by the GP in’ the Writ peticn we had filed before the
Hon'ble Highcourt of A.P., which was ordered in feb 2018.
. INWP filed by us, the ADV GP had clearly stated that we have
ccla recommendations, and in possession, and our application is
under process.
As per revenue acts assignments can be done when we were
present in Shivajamabandi.
We are willing to pay a reasonable market price i.e notional vdlue.

invite kind attention to the references cited and subimit that the Collector, 3, .as\"\*
Ranga Reddy District, through the reference 1# cited requested to submit a report \ 9 "Ge
on certain points raised by the Commissioner, Land Administration, Telangana
State, Hyderabad in the matter, Accordingly a report was obtained from
DCé&Tahsildar, Rejendranagar Mandal, vide ref, 2-4 cited and submitted a
detailed report to the Collector, Ranga Reddy District, through the reference 3x*
cited, The Collector, Ranga Reddy District, vide reference 41 cited requested to
send a specific report with inspection and survey details of the land in
Sy.No132/1 of Vettinagulapally (V), Gandipet (M), RRDist, for taking
necessazy action in the matter. As such the Tahsildar, Gandipet Mandal, has been
requested to verify the records and inspect the lands and sent @ detailed report
along with revenue records and sketch and photographs of the land. The
“Tahsildar, Gandipet Mandal, has accordingly submitted a detailed report along
with the copies of the records, sketch and photographs of the land through his
reference 6 cited.
It is submitted that the Tahsildar, Gandipet Mandal, in his report 64 cited
reported that names of the encroachers recorded as illegal occupants in Faisal
Patties for the years 1984-85 to 1995-96, and that on verification of records, noction for eviction of the eneroachers from the Government land in Sy.No.132 of
Vattinagulapally Village, hes been initiated, The Tahsildar Gandipet Mandal, has
also submitted the copies of Pahanies for the Year 1952-53, 1955-58 (Chesala)
1964-65, 1965-66, 1973-74, 1978-79, 1985-86 to 1995-96, along with copies of Faisal
Patties from the years 1984-85 to 1995-96, sketch and photographs of the land. As
Seen from the copics of pahanles furnished by the Tahailder Gandipet Mandal,
there are few names which are recorded under Pattadar columns without any
Valied records with different extents, “*
As per the Faisal Patties for the year 198485 to 1995.96 of
Vattinagulapally’ Village, the names of different persons along with the above
Persons as per the entries in pahantes have been recorded as illegal encroachers
for the different extents, Accordingly Sivajamabandil (Penlaty) has been imposed
on the said illegal encroachers, The Tahaildar, Gandipet Mandal, reported that as
verified from the records no action has been initiated for eviction’ of the said
that on the filed their are (83) Mango Trees, (156) Neem Trees, (6) Coconut Trees,
(26) Teak Trees, (15) Custard Apple Trees, (1) Tamarind Tree, @) Rooms & (7)
Bore wells are existing in the and, and out of (7) bore wells‘one bore well is in
"working condition and part ofthe land is under Jowar cultivation and remaining
land is fallow on the field.
As per the report submitted by the then ‘Tahslldar, Rajendranagar
