2. Value brand difference

From the value brand we used value brand is from Italy, USA, others used machine
value are China brand. It is not durable. The cost is different.
Here is explanation for the mainly values on the boom lift.
MORN Europe parts and safety
(1).Balance valve:Boom lift with balance valve imported from Italy.
Function: 1.If the hydraulic pipe rupture, balance valve will prevent oil over flow and
prevent the lift platform down suddenly.
2. If meet emergency situation, we could down the platform by balance valve.

(2.)Overflow valve, adjust speed valve and solenoid valve:

Function: Overflow valve: If the overload, overflow valve open, boom lift stop work
Adjust speed valve: Every boom will could adjust the speed.
Here two pictures show we MORN and other value type. I believe you could judge
value quality only from picture.

(3.) Trailing system brake: It is imported from Italy with two kinds brake system:1. One
brake on the trailing system 2. Boom lift could be connect the truck brake light, if truck
brake light working, the boom lift will be brake automatically.
Function: Guarantee the boom lift safety during boom lift move on the road.

3. Design difference
1. Turntable system difference: Turntable platform model S17.with big load capacity. And
slewing bearing adopt fence-mounted.
Function: Guarantee the boom lift stability during rotation, waterproof and dust proof.IP65
We used is big, strong and durable turntable system. ZhongTian is small and not durable.

4. Boom (1) Material: MORN boom lift material is used manganese steel,
235*185*5mm. Stronger than others supplier boom.
Function: Max wind velocity 5 level. Reduce platform shaking at top height.

(2) Different design structure

MORN has three telescopic booms, which shrinks in smaller volume and turns more
flexibly
Other only has two telescopic booms, Large size, not flexible enough

5. MORN Level gauge is auto, it could auto test if four sets outrigger are on the

same level or not, if not as same level, the lift will stop work. other level is mechanical level,
it need to text by human. It is not as safety as MORN.

6. Hydraulic pipe and hydraulic lock value on cylinder: All the hydraulic
pipe use S shape hydraulic oil pipe. It is the special for the construction machine. Hydraulic
lock value on cylinder which could lock oil when machine working. Its function is to prevent
hydraulic oil back flow when the oil pipe accidental break. Better protect user’s safety.

7. Platform special design

Hands prevent folder is used to protect user’s hands in case of collision with obstacles.
Metallic paint on appearance is featured by anti-ultraviolet radiation, corrosion resistance
and brightness. Platform toolbox and power supply make it easier for workers to work in
the basket.
Hollow table, rainwater can flow out in time to prevent long-term storage of water and rust

9. On the bottom of platform, MORN design hydraulic cylinder to support cage. Which is
more stale. While ZhongTian not this design.
