Hollong –Tilottama package

The package includes One double bedded room for first night stay at Hollong and one double bedded
room for second night stay at Tilottama Tourism Property with Complimentary breakfast at Tilottama
Tourism Property only.

Inclusions:-
1. First night room on double sharing basis at Hollong for two heads.
Second Night room at Tilottama Tourism Property on double sharing basis with complimentary
breakfast for two heads.

Exclusions:-

1. Extra person charge as applicable is to be paid on spot.(Only one extra person allowed per room)
2. Applicable GST on room rent is to be paid on spot.
3. All sorts of Rides, Meals, Sight-seeing, Transportation etc. are excluded from the package,
however the guest may contact the concerned Manager and Manager will try to extend all sort of
help if possible.

Package Cost :-
Hollong Tourist Lodge – Rs. 2500 (excluding GST, to be paid on spot to the Hollong Tourist Lodge
Manager.)

Tilottama Tourism Property – Rs. 2300 (excluding GST, to be paid on spot to the Tilottama TP
Manager.)
Total – Rs. 4800 (applicable GST to be paid on spot)

CANCELLATION RULES FOR HOLLONG – TILOTTOMA PACKAGE:

Percentage of deductions on advance:

 Within clear 2 days - no refund.

 Clear 3-6 days - 50% deduction.
 Clear 7-15 days - 30% deduction.
 Clear 16-30 days - 20% deduction.
 Clear Beyond 30 days - 10% deduction

 Clear Days”- means that the date of occupation and the date of cancellation would not be counted.
Moreover, Sunday & Holidays would not be excluded for cancellation would not be excluded for
calculation of cancellation charges.

 For part cancellation, normal refund rules will be charged as per rules.
 Refund admissible only upon production of the original reservation ticket.
