DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER: The learner is a 45 years old, male, Filipino. Lives in Baguio City near
Magsaysay Road. The patient loves to drink and eat fried and salty foods, he eats it 3 times a day. Last
Monday, he was sent to the hospital after suffering a heart attack after coming home from work.
