• There are 3 techniques in making the research introduction

problems, Deficiencies in the studies, The importance of the study for and audience, and The
purpose statement

• T.I.O.C Approach it means Trends, Issues, Objectives and Contributions

• Inverted Pyramid Approach it consists of the General Topic/Background Info, Define major
variables, Facts, Statistics, Legal Bases and the reason of conducting the research
