His now a manager of a one privet company

Personal life and Educational background

Eyosiyas Tsegaye was born in hawassa around tabor sefer and he learn to start tabor
secondary and High school and then he join Arbaminche university and received a
bachelor degree in Civil engineering in 2002 Ethiopian calendar. Eyosiyas holds a
master of marketing and management earned from the business school of unity
university in Addis Ababa in 2006 Ethiopian calender His very disciplined guy and
he is a respectful and pleasant man and he is handsome and very tall man.his married
and has two daughters his wife name is Liya and the name of his two daughters are
Rediate and Fiker

Eyosiyas is protestant Christian from his childhood

How his good leader and best quality

He is a good leader for me because he is different personal quality and managing quality
- the ability to any decide
- the ability to come up with problem solving ideas
- his approach not as a boss but as a co-worker
- Being able to be respected by employees without fear in the workplace
- He is smart by decision,by solving problem by protecting the interests of the company

He is influence me by different reasons i was influence by his personality and

leadership skills
The reason I was influenced by his personality was his respects of any person. He
doesn't say a little big when he is respected he is very good by this and I love his
personality.and I influence by his leadership skill I was influenced by the things I
