Dear student

Looking at the current pandemic scenario and status of work of students, it is decided by the
panel of guides to postpone the Institutional review scheduled on April 26,2021.

This is to inform you that Review for the Institutional stage of the Thesis Project is split in
two stages. Stage I is scheduled on Thursday, April 29 ,2021 and will be assessed by the
Guides and Stage II will be assessed by a panel of three guides class wise on Monday May
3,2021. This will remove the complacency and bring some discipline and excitement among
you. Apart from expecting focused work, you will get familiarized with the on-line mode of
external examination that we may have to adopt in the present circumstances.

Please note that you would be given only 15 minutes to explain your project and the
remaining 10 minutes are for questions, answers, and award of marks by examiners.
The Thesis Project presentation in A size format should be uploaded before 8 am, May 3,
2021 on the link that will be shared with you prior to the submission deadline.
