Dear Sir/Ma’am:

I am writing to inform you that I will be leaving 51talk in one month. Although I had a great time working
for the company, personal reasons made me decide to resign from my position. Here are the reasons
why I will resign: First, I have a four-month old baby and I can’t go back in the office because it’s difficult
for me to go home late at night since our house is more than an hour drive from Murcia proper, I usually
arrive home at 12:00 MN or sometimes late. Second, I want to secure my health also especially my baby
during this time of pandemic. Third, there are times that my sister in law (my current baby sitter) go to
their school and no one will look after my baby since my mother and parents in law have a job also, I
don’t want the company be affected whenever I will be absent. Last, it’s difficult for me to give the
students a genuine smile that they deserve when I feel so tired everyday (honestly I am), sometimes my
classes get affected because of that.

My final day will be on May 23, 2021. Despite having to leave, I deeply appreciate the opportunity
you’ve given to me. I am grateful for the company and for all of my trainers, ST’s, and all of the people
who assisted me along the way. I look forward to working in the company again in the future if given an
opportunity. Thank you very much for your understanding.
