After the enhancement training participants are expected to: a. Have a clear understanding of the content and strategies in teaching of K-12 Grade 7-10 Music Curriculum and how to conduct classroom assessment on the said subject. b, Make rubrics in assessing the performance of the leamers, and ©. Prepare detailed lesson plans and test items ofthe select competencies, ‘3. Participants in this training are the newiy hired teachers teaching Music, Arts, PE, & Health (MAPEH) in secondary schools who have not attended any training in MAPEH. Enclosed is, the required numberof participants per secondary school 4. Relative to this activity, there will be a pre-planning conference of the facilitators of learning in preparation for the conduct of the said activity on November 21, 2018 at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the CID office, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. Enclosure 2 is the list of facilitators of learning who wil attend the conference. 5. Traveling expenses of the participants are chargeable against schoo! local funds while | lunch, snacks, supplies and materials are chargeable against Division Inset Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, 6.
