Performance Standard: The learner designs an individualized exercise program to achieve personal fitness. Task Objectives: This task aims; To improve students' knowledge about physical fitness. To create an individualized training plan. To identify training guidelines and FITT principles. To assume responsibility for achieving personal fitness. Task Description: The students will create an individualized training program based on the FITT principle. The output should be submitted on the 3rd day of December 2020. Students are only allowed to write their training paln during the MAPEH period. Students of Grades 7 -Talong To solve the issue of obesity of students, they should involve themselves with different physical activities. FITT training program should contain at least 4 physical areas (endurance, speed, power, etc.). The plan will be assessed with the use of a rubric. For Scoring, refer to the attached rubric.
