engage ourself into something productive like exercise.
We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can
do for us.
It’s important to remember that we have evolved from nomadic ancestors who spent all their time
moving around in search of food and shelter, travelling large distances on a daily basis. Our bodies are
designed and have evolved to be regularly active.
We are meant to move and many of our body’s systems work better when we are consistently physically
active.
Studies have now consistently demonstrated that leading a sedentary lifestyle can contribute to:
obesity
type 2 diabetes
cardiovascular disease
early death
There is nothing in more important than health for any human being. When we are healthy and fit we
are able to enjoy our life well. We can talk to our near and dear one, we can laugh, smile, travel, enjoy
food, and sleep well.
