UNDERTAKING TO SUPPORT THE REHABILITATION PLAN

We, Spouses ENGR. EMETERIO L. AMAN and MARILYN SP. AMAN, both of legal
age, Filipino, and residents of 21 Zone 5, San Felipe, Naga City, do hereby after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. We are the Petitioners in the Petition for Financial Rehabilitation of Enjoy

Realty and Development Corporation (“ERDC”) and Spouses Engr. Emeterio L.
Aman & Marilyn SP. Aman.

2. We commit to fully supporting the Rehabilitation Plan, specifically through

the following:

a. Faithfully perform the roles stipulated in the Rehabilitation Plan’s

Section N “Debtors’ Role in the Implementation of the Rehabilitation
Plan”;
b. Judiciously ensure no breach whatsoever in the Rehabilitation Plan’s
Section O “Rehabilitation Covenants”;

3. We are executing this affidavit to undertake the aforementioned statements.
