CONDITIONS ON USE OF STAIMO SOFTWARE

1. STAIMO is developed on behalf of STA-Group. All rights on the software

vest in STA-Group. It has been made available by STA-Group as Freeware
on www.staimo.org. The person that downloads the Software from the site
is referred to as User.

2. User shall not transfer or sub license STAIMO or any part thereof to any
third party. The User shall take appropriate measures to ensure the
observation of this clause within his organisation.

3. STAIMO, including any Service, Support and consultancy, is provided "AS

IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not
limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be
liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of
contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out or in connection with the
software or the use or other dealings in the software.

4. STA-Group is entitled to withdraw STAIMO from the web site and to cancel
the right to use STAIMO at any time.

5. User shall observe the information provided on www.staimo.org. User shall

use the most recent version of STAIMO available on the web site at that
time.

6. In case User encounters any error or any problem in the use of STAIMO
User shall inform STA-Group immediately and provide required information
on this problem through info@staimo.org.

By downloading STAIMO, User accepts, and places himself under the

obligation to observe the above Conditions of Use.
