RESOLUTION No. 5 Series of 2021 RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING OF EZ RIDE ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2021. WHEREAS, since its organization EZ Ride has been planning to have its General Assembly; WHEREAS, due to the surge pandemic and various restrictions imposed by the Local Government Unit (LGU) in observance to this case, EZ Ride opted to postponed several fimes its planned General Assembly; WHEREAS, with the issuance of CDA MC No. 2021-03 series of 2021 on the conduct of General Assembly Meeting for the Calendar Year 2021 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic prompting EZ Ride to hold its activity on September 25, 2021; WHEREFORE, on motion by Ms. Edina S. Putian-Diango unanimously seconded by the officers’ present, it was RESOLVED, os this body hereby resolves to set the date of the General Assembly Meeting on September 25, 2021. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the venue recommended is at MORESCO-1 covered court to ensure the observance of safety protocols and it is open and duly supervised by its safety officer: RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copy of this resolution to the Cooperative Development Authority for their information and ready reference.
