My greatest professional achievement was to provide my former employer with high-
quality work results. When I was taken on, the team struggling and failed to complete the construction works as scheduled. I was hired to supervise and monitor the site working progress, which I revised the master schedule and integrated it into the existing plan without mentorship. In only one (1) month, we have coped up and have worked as scheduled as I always coordinate with higher management our plans and commitments. They also struggled with billing that causes the company to have cash flow difficulties. I also made it possible to coordinate with management to help us with financial assistance or request for cash advance for us to uphold consistent and quality work. Unfortunately, after a few months, the company office could not allocate the financial assistance from management properly, which caused them to struggle with funds which resulted in contract termination. Nevertheless, I was still able to contribute to the company to catch up and be able to use my project management skill.
How I Overcome My Most Difficult/Trying Times in Life
Life seems like too much to handle. Financial problems come, pandemic risk arises and important things are forgotten. Last year, when I decided to file a resignation at my first employer in the midst of a pandemic, I thought this would be the end of my career. I did not know how can I find a job nearby our province in order to survive and support my family. During those struggles, there were still good times. In spite of being unemployed, I work hard to get an opportunity as a freelance engineer, by giving design services for residential. Within three (3) months of being unemployed, I have few customers that I have given my service and earned additional income for expenses. After that few months, I was able to get a job located at Tagaytay and continue pursuing my career as a construction site supervisor.
Housing Development: How Will It Contribute to a Nation’s Progress

The use of public housing loans as an economic stabilizer could increase demand and provide employment opportunities during a crisis.
