Barangay Captain Dizon said that if the weather is okay, the disinfection will push through. Kagawad
Motso scheduled this activity this Sunday, December 13, 2020. The Barangay captain mentioned that
the barangay tanod/ Barangay Police officer would do the work. Chief Gabriel asked her companion
Dado the available fund for the labor and how this activity would be shared among the barangay police
officer and the others that will assist them. The barangay officials, especially the tanod’s, will do the
disinfection while the other members will do the listing on the place that was already disinfected. In
response, Dado said that there would P5,000.00 for the labor. Kagawad Motso suggested if they can
collect money to add on the said amount for the labor and snacks of the people who will do the activity.
We could add P5,000.00 and some alcohol since we still have some left from the last disinfection. Dado
noted P5,000.00 that will be used and shared for the labor and snacks. Furthermore, Kagawad Motso
will send a letter to our municipal health officer Dr. Jezzrel Agayao to do the proper mixture of the
disinfectant that will be using and update Prinicipal Margie Bacdangan to be informed about the
schedule of disinfection and guide the barangay officials to the place to be disinfected.

The POSAS committee reported their mental health platform weekly reports. The chair made an
appointment for a Special Committee for the issue of Academic Ease. They were tasked to report for
today’s assembly. The unfinished business last November 30, 2020, due to an order of precedence, was

on the table about a motion. The motion was interrupted due to the motion for adjournment. The
