MIND DOLLS AND VIRTUAL WORLDS

So you wanna start mind-dolling your way into success but you have no idea where
the fuck to begin with the files, eh? Well here's a quick guide to help you hack
your brain open for great success!

001: A BRIEF OVERVIEW

Basically the whole "mind doll" process is a sort of "program" (for varying
definitions of what one might call a program) where you use hypnosis to rewire your
brain so that you get full immersion mind-world experience (the "virtual worlds"
referred to in the program) during the waking state, and from which point you can
use hypnosis files to create your own "mind dolls" which are mental constucts that
have their own sapient consciousness that live in your head with you. Essentially,
they're tulpas, and the virtual worlds are wonderlands. The hypnosis procedures are
intended to get you to the point where you can experience your imaginatined
constructions with full sensory effect for all your senses, kind of like a vivid
lucid dream state that you can consciously access.

002: THE PROCESS

To put it super-briefly
Journal everything.
Test Ultradepth files first.
Use super serum if not very tranceable.
Install Blue Snowflake keyword.
Repeatedly use Enchanted Forest until full-immersion-mode achieved.
Use Computer Console and/or The Warehouse if stuck or slow progress.
Install Mind Doll(s) of choice (or make your own!).
Use Manifest Through Touch to get juicier hallucinatory mind doll experience.

To put it less briefly:

First - Keep a journal of your progress. This signals to your unconscious that
you're serious about making this work. It also helps you track milestones like
microdreams or visions or hallucinations as well as how deep you're going and helps
you gauge how you're doing.

Files - The files that matter the most are the Super Serum subliminal, the Blue
Snowflake keyword file, the Ultradepth files, the Enchanted Forest, the Computer
Console, the Warehouse, and Manifest Through Touch.

What to do:
-Listen to the Ultradepth files to test the waters, such as Ultradepth Silouette of
Dawn, or Nautical Nights, or Blue Flower. If you're decently susceptible to the
hypnosis experience you should go into a very deep hypnotic state and have a
pleasant experience with these files, and they will also give you a demonstration
of how vivid your imaginary senses are currently. If you get really deeply relaxed
and hypnotized then you can move on to the next files.

-If you're having trouble getting into the deep states then listen to the Super
Serum a dozen times and try again. The super serum subliminal file is meant to help
get your brain to let you get into the trance state more easily.

-If you can get really relaxed, then listen to the Blue Snowflake keyword file to
plant the trigger phrase into your subconscious, so that when you hear "blue
snowflake" you'll go into a very deep hypnotic state right away. A lot of his files
use this trigger phrase so it's very useful to have installed this keyword before
you proceed.

-Once you've got the keyword installed then you can move on to the virtual world
file that seems to work best, the Enchanted Forest, and basically just listen to
that every day until you start getting increasingly vivid hallucinations. This
should start as little flashes of visions or what I call "microdreams" that may
come with dreamlike context, and may be random at first but will become
increasingly related to what is being described in the hypnosis script and with
increasingly vivid sensory effect the more times you listen to the file. If this
proceeds properly (as intended) then you should gain increasingly vivid sensory and
immersive experience of the enchanted forest, until it seems real. When it starts
feeling real, you should start being able to access realistic mental worlds from a
full-waking state without even being in trance.

-If you're not getting vivid hallucinatory experiences, listen to the Computer
Console file, as that one is designed to help bring out more vivid hallucinatory
experience and easier access to the trance state. You can also listen to The
Warehouse, which can help you sort away emotional bullshit that might be holding
you back.

-Once you've got high-fideltiy imaginary sensory experience of your mind world you
can start listening to any of the mind doll files you want. This is optional at
this point, since you can sculpt your own however you want if you're at this stage,
but the mind doll installing files include Forest Maiden, Morrigan, The Wizard
(which installs Carmen), Hypnotic Slender Goddess, Neshwa, Tron City (also Carmen),
and The Bushido Code. Dereth also has a girl in it, but that's more of a world file
than a mind doll installer.
-You can from this point listen to mind doll installers if you desire to do so and
this will install pre-made tulpas which, if you're at the point where you have full
immersion virtual world experience, will essentially be imposed (aka, fully visible
to your sensory perception through hallucinations instead of just visualizations)
from the start. If they don't come fully imposed, then you can listen to the
Manifest Through Touch file to boost your sensory hallucination effects.

>I can't be hypnotized, what can I do?
Chat with a hypnosis expert and have them either teach you how to hypnotize
yourself or have them hypnotize you.
>I don't like the enchanted forest, what else is there?

>I've listened to the Enchanted Forest daily for like three months but it doesn't
seem to be working, what do?
Either keep listening or try making your own hypnosis files. It seems that it's
tricky to actually get it working for some people. Try the Computer Console and the
Warehouse files. Failing that, seek out your local wizard for further assistance.

Try to not be so tired before you start up a file, or start the files a few minutes
into the inductions so that you don't go so deep that you end up blacking out for
the entire file.
