APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF THE CASE

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the present case is pending before this Hon’ble court and is fixed for today.
2. That the Summons has been issued vide No. SEM\C\No-1165 which hereby required
to appear in person or by pleader.
(Copy of Summons has been annexed herewith and marked as Annexure A)
3. That the Mahesh Kumar (Guard) has not been in position to appear before this
Hon’ble court.
4. That the complainant has got vaccinated along with all staff members including
Mahesh Kumar (Guard) due to which Rahul Gupta (Complainant) and Mahesh Kumar
(Guard) has been isolated as per the doctor prescription.
5. That now the applicant wants to get adjourned the above noted case for next date of
hearing.

PRAYER
It is, therefore, prayed that the above noted case may kindly be adjourned for next date of
hearing.
