Welcome to OneOcean

We are delighted that you are using the OneOcean platform and services. At OneOcean we put customers at
the heart of everything we do and are committed to helping you succeed. We have 24/7 support available
should you need assistance.

Getting started
All vessels that subscribe to OneOcean services are provided with the OneOcean platform.

To get set up you will need to install the OneOcean software and have your services activated. There are 2 main types of
installation: Standalone and Client/Server. A short explanation about each of these installation routes, and the links to
begin them, is provided below.

If you are unsure about which type of installation to use, please contact our Customer Success team who will help you to
determine the best option. The contact details for Customer Success are provided at the bottom of this letter.

Follow the instructions and procedures within the installation type. Once your installation is complete, please contact our
Customer Success team to activate your services.

Installation Options
Standalone Installation
If you are installing OneOcean on a single computer (standalone system), follow the instructions on this link. The guide
provides the requirements and procedure to complete the installation.

Client/Server Installation
If you are installing OneOcean in a network environment (multiple systems), follow the instructions on this link. The guide
provides the requirements and procedure to complete the installation. The OneOcean Database will be installed on a
central server which separate computers will connect to use the OneOcean software (up to five client computers).

Regs4ships Instructions
If you are installing OneOcean for the first time, and your services include Regs4ships or Regs4yachts, you do not need to
undertake any additional actions as the subscription will be installed automatically during the OneOcean installation
process.

If you are a current OneOcean subscriber and adding a new Regs4ships or Regs4yachts subscription to OneOcean, please
follow the instructions on this link. The guide provides the procedure to add the new subscription.*

*Please note: The Regs4ships data is located on the OneOcean Media, in the folder \Data\Regs4Ships Data\Flags.
Each Flag dataset in your subscription will need to be loaded independently.
