Letter of Intent to Participate in IFAD PRIME Africa Project

Dear Ron:

FLEX Money Transfer Ltd is an international money transfer service provider with a global presence, and
transacting using dozens of currencies. FLEX Money Transfer Ltd is has presence in Kenya and Uganda and is
able to transfer funds both to local banks and to mobile money accounts.

In East Africa, FLEX Money Transfer Ltd is the leading remittance provider from Europe and other countries
overseas, while and a sizable traffic of remittance goes to refugee communities from relatives and sponsors in
the diaspora.

We understand that ACCESS Advisory will submit a proposal to the International Fund for Agricultural
Development (IFAD) in the framework of its PRIME Africa programs called ‘National Call for Proposals 2021
(CfP21): Remittances in Times of Crisis.’

The overall goals of ACCESS Advisory’s proposed project, entitled ‘National Call for Proposals 2021 (CfP21)
Remittances in times of crisis’ are to create financial inclusion by providing financial support to the less
privileged farmers and refugees whilst providing them with both financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills.

Should this proposal be funded, FLEX Money Transfer Ltd is hereby expresses its intention to partner with
ACCESS Advisory in Kenya and Uganda to deliver remittance services to the project’s target communities. By
the end of the project’s 24-month timeline, we expect to have served 20,000 people receiving funds directly,
with another 60,000 beneficiaries receiving training on financial inclusion and entrepreneurship.
