Almost every year, a new ill effect of smoking is discovered either locally and Internationallu.

For me, this is what we call the science that destroys another science. Whereas we are use to
push ourselves forward to technologies, it’s ill effect cannot be undermine. This include cancer,
heart diseases, lung diseases and a host of other related diseases. We all know that must smokers
know that they get no benefits from the habit they stubbornly hang as to it.

No matter how convincing the result of scientific studies againts smoking. The decision to quit
rests solely on the smoker himself. Let me identify the obvious reasons if you don’t smoke:

-your risk of getting lung cancer and heart attack will go right down.

-you will not suffer from upper respiratory infection

-your smokers cough will disappear

-you will have more energy

-you will no longer harm the health of your loved ones

-you will save money

-you will live long enough to enjoy retirement and grandchildren.

How do we then avoid or stop smoking? Let us set our goals to conscientiously. Stop it by
diversifying our activities. Get more exercise and participate in sports activities. Eat a variety of
foods but cut down on foods high in sugars.

CHOOSE LIFE, NOT SMOKING
