Q – Approximately how long have you been in Aveya?

A – I have been working for Aveya for one weeks and 3
days.

Q – How strict are you on a scale of 1 – 10?

A – I would say I am 9.

Q – How active are you on a scale of 1 – 10?

A – I am active almost every day, so I will give 8.5.

Q – Have you been a past MR/HR in other groups? If so list

them.
A – Yes, I do. I have been a past for an MR in Roast’d Coffe
Shop and Sunset Coast Hotel. I worked as a Staff Assistant
at Roast’d Coffe and a Management at Sunset Coast Hotel.

Q – Why do you wish to join the Aveya Staff Assistant

Team?
A- Because I have multiple friends here, I enjoy the
atmosphere, I genuinely love going to the bakery, I have
good grammar, and I always try my best to reach my goals.
Q – What qualifies you to join the Aveya MR Team?
A – It’s that I am unique, because I have a lot of experience,
I work well with all my types of customers, and I know a lot
about Aveya.

Q - What will you do as an Administrative Assistant?

A – I will supervise the bakery to make its running. I will
help LRs that need help and I will help MR/HR in their job.

Q - Why should we hire you over other applicants?

A – You should hire me over other applicants because I am
hard working, I am able to work in a team, and I also a
responsible person.

Q – Define a Leader.
A – It’s someone that leads and help people to find their
way to their success.

Q – How much an impact do you think could do or leave in

Aveya?
A – I will be active every day, be friendly to each person in
Aveya, and always be in Training Centre.
Q - How well you are you able to work with others?
A – I interact with other people very well, I am kind,
friendly, and helpful. Also, I try my best to help LRs and
customer to find their way to reach their goals.
