If the machine does not stay on or would not turn on at all, it could be a case of unstable

connection to the power source. This happens sometimes when certain wires inside loosen
during transport.

If you are comfortable enough to open the machine, you may follow the instructions below:

Open the Bottom Cover and check if power supplies light up. You may view the instructions
through this link:

If the power supplies light up, it means they work just fine and you may proceed to:

Checking the 12V Power Connections

Unplug the machine. Make sure to wait at least a minute before handling internal components.

Unplug the12v connector from the PCB and reseat it in its socket as seen in this short video:
"12v plug reseat".
You may have to push in the red and black wires individually to make sure they're connected
properly.

Also check these two connections if they are properly secured:

Checking Other Connections

You may also check if this flat cable is not askew. When the cable is not attached properly, it
cuts the power going to the LCD screen.
The blue end should be parallel to the port to which it is attached.
Check if the problem is fixed

1. Once connections are secured, plug the machine with the bottom still open, and switch the
power on.

2. Check if the 12v power supply is still lit, and if the LCD screen now lights up.

3. Start a cycle and press the start button to trigger the vacuums.

If this all works out, you may now put back the bottom cover and secure it in place. Remember
to reconnect the cable connecting to the USB port.
