The SAAD regional offices are required to produce the staff's IDs following the guidelines below. ‘A. Employee ID (Annex A) All staff are required to submit their full name (first name, middle initial, and surname) to the NPMO to generate their employee ID numbers. ‘The employee ID with a size of 2.125" width x 3.370” height should be printed vertically on a PVC card with the following visual and text guide. ARTA ID (Annex B) The ARTA ID with a size of 3.5" width x 5" height should be printed vertically on a sturdy paper. It should also be laminated. Visually, the ID should have logos of the SAAD Program, One DA, PPPP, and Masaganang Ani at Matas na Kita as well as photo of the employee. For the texts, the ID should include the ‘operating unit, agency's name, program's name, website, employee's full name and position, as well as National Program Director’s name and signature. In taking 1D es, employees should wear an appropriate, professional attire. Each RPMSO should facilitate the reproduction of both employee and ARTA IDs (with lanyards, if possible) for their staff. To ensure card authenticity and reduce the chances of fraudulent reproduction of ID cards, email the SAAD NPMO Public Relations and Communications Unit at saad@da.gov.ph for the templates.
