Festival Mixtur is reaching its tenth edition

Come and discover some of the best national and international new sound
creation proposals fom September 30 to October 10 in Barcelona. Beat Furrer,
Carola Bauckholt, Joëlle Léandre, Ensemble Garage, Funktion and Kebyart
Ensemble are some of the artist that will be in Mixtur's tenth edition.

Much more than concerts

In its 10 editions Mixtur has been characterised by offering a proposal with a

broad educational offer that adds to a daring and innovative programme. Come
to the festival and meet the first-rate artists, their music, as well as lectures and
master classes held by: Agustí Charles, Beat Furrer, Carola Bauckholt,
Cassandra Miller, Erica Wise, Joan Enric Lluna, Joëlle Léandre, Juliet Fraser,
Maria del Alvear, Martin Matalon and Ramon Lazkano.

Mixtur opens up to the city

Festival Mixtur is expanding into new sites beyond its regular venue Fabra i
Coats - Fàbrica de Creació. Apart from the emblematic space in Sant Andreu
some venues are added such as Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya,
Fundació Phonos, Arts Santa Mònica, Fundació Antoni Tàpies, Institut Francès
and Barcelona's L’Auditori.
