Organisations can be either small either large.

Small organisations are usually

those with the less work force and less profits opposed with large organisations
which can have a lot of workforce and many increasing profits annualy.In the Bauli
case the Italian large organization is providing people with panettone (especially
Christmas food) in plenty amounts in a less price than the small and fancy Italian
bakeries.This can cause many problems to the small bakeries.On the other hand
small organisations have some advantages.One of them are the quality of the
product(panettone).The quality its a lot better than the Bauili ones, however the
amount of production is less.
