The educational disaster that Covid-19 made

Covid-19 is clearly one of the most catastrophic

viruses that strike humankind, with over 1.34 million
deaths worldwide. Even from the early days of covid-19,
many countries tried to fight the virus but the efforts
were fruitless, for this reason, many states of countries
was quarantined and further beyond whole countries
too. Not only that but most importantly the Covid-19 has
affected educational systems to leading to the near-total
closures of schools, universities, and colleges worldwide
to reduce the spread as most of the students and
colleges don’t show any symptoms.

To start with, challenges for students which have been

caused by Covid-19 are plenty in the educational field.
More particularly many students are not provided with
the high bandwidth or the strong internet connection that
online courses require, and thus fail to catch up with
their virtual classmates: Their weak monitors make it
hard to follow the Course Management System and their
learning experience becomes problematic. Also, most of
them live off campus and find it difficult to keep in tune
with the technical requirements of the chosen course.
Some of them don’t even own computers and seek help
in forums for technical assistance. For this significant
reason, it would be polite on behalf of the government to
give away to students with economical issues, the
required equipment which is needed for them to attend
their classes and do their homework.

Another example of a common challenge may be time

management. Time management is a difficult task for
eLearners, as online courses require a lot of time and
intensive work. Furthermore, whereas it is mostly adults
who prefer web-based learning programs for their place
and time flexibility, they rarely have the time to take the
courses due to their various everyday commitments. A
regular schedule planner would be a significant help to
these learners, so they could handle their work more
effectively and they could even set reminders for their
courses and assignments as well.

Taking into consideration all of the points above, I

believe that students and generally the global
educational system has already been dealing with all of
these issues with responsibility and patience. However,
only by taking some drastic measures like those above,
will we achieve to be less-stressed and more balanced,
not only as an educational system but as a country as
well.
