Eating sugar in moderation is beneficial to the body, especially the brain,

which requires glucose to function. Using an excessive amount of sugar causes the
cells to become insulin resistant. Insulin resistance occurs when a cell does not
respond properly to insulin. Insulin functions by removing glucose from the
bloodstream and delivering it to the cell. If the cell does not react correctly, glucose
will remain in the blood, raising the blood glucose content (hyperglycemia) while the
cell does not have enough glucose for energy output. There are several complications
associated with hyperglycemia, including coronary, liver, and kidney failure. Diabetes
may develop if not adequately treated.

The same is true with over purchase of goods; so much of everything never
ends well. About now everything is easily accessible. All has the ability to obtain
what they want simply by driving for a few minutes or by touching the screen of a
tablet. As a result, in an era where nearly anything is accessible, practicing
forbearance should be put into effect, as the consequences of exploiting our bodies by
unreflective consumption of goods will either fill our bodies with illnesses or outright
ruin our wellbeing, potentially leading to a slow and painful death if left unattended.
We seem to believe that everything we do can make us happy, but we uncertainty
don’t know that merely exploiting everything we eat and what we want will transform
our life into a horrible one. I must say that before we commit something we should
know how it will affect our lives.
