Overview
The Broadcom® AFSI-T21C3S is a single-channel, 11.1 Gb/s transimpedance
amplifier (TIA) receiver IC that is intended for photodiode inputs and provides
differential electrical outputs. Device control is accessible via a two-wire serial
(TWS) interface.
Applications
1.25 Gb/s to 11.1 Gb/s SR transceivers and active optical cables.

• Single 3.3V supply
• Input-offset DC cancellation
• 1.2 mm × 1.6 mm × 0.25 mm
• –40°C to +110°C junction operating
temperature
