WHEREAS, for purposes of the 13 May 2019 National and Local
Elections, the Commission issued Resolution No. 10245, setting the
deadlines on filing of the following: 1) Petitions for Registration under the
Party-List System; 2) Manifestation of Intent to Participate of Existing
Parties; 3) Oppdsition to the Petition for Registration; 4) Submission of
Nominees of New/Registering Parties; 5) Submission of Nominees of
Existing Parties; {and 6) Petition to Deny Due Course to a Manifestation of
Intent to Participate of Registered/Registering Party-List Groups,
Organizations, ahd Coalition;
WHEREAS, pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No, 9366! the filing
of Petitions for Registration shall be filed not later than the last working
day of March of|the year immediately preceding the next regular national
and local elections during regular working hours;
WHEREAS, COMELEC Resolution No. 9366 allows the withdrawal
of nomination before the close of polls and its consequent substitution;
the party-list organizations and their respective nominees in case of
substitution by feason of withdrawal, the Commission deems it necessary
wet to safeguard the right of voters to be fully apprised of
