(Gen. Biology 1, Gen. Chemistry 2 and Gen. Physics 1)

Name: _________________________________________ Date Performed: __________________

Year and Section: ________________________________ Date Submitted: __________________

Introduction:
It is essential for the students to identify laboratory equipment and apparatus,
together with its uses and function before doing any experiment. Students are also obliged
to learn the proper handling of these materials to avoid any accidents to happen.

Objectives:
At the end of the experiment, the students will be able to:
1. familiarize the laboratory equipment and apparatus used;
2. explain the functions of each equipment and apparatus; and
3. establish rules in handling these equipment and apparatus.
