1. Perspective is a vantage point from which the officer presents his findings. Is this statement true?
Explain. For me it is true I know we have different kind of perpective but a officer is a professional duty
cannot present is that findings is not true because that be void

2. In a crime investigation, the officers should gather facts. Why is it that he should be selective as to
what information to include and what to discard? Is this action beneficial to the case investigated?
Explain.

Because some information could be confidential that’s why the officer cannot allowed to discuss when
the question is too above it would be benefical because that case could be a classified

3. In police report writing, there are many factors that somehow affect the investigation. Is this true?
What are these factors? Are these factors can help solve the investigation? Enumerate at least five
factors and explain each.

These are the factors and this is very helpful to solve the investigation because each factor is the key to
solve the crime

Time and Date- So the time and date of the commission of crime this is to determine when the crime
happen or the initial time and the investigator will write and record

Place of Incidence- this factor refers to the place where the crime committed and so the place will be
cordon because of evidence that can be preserve

Media- So the media will do their part also to interview the investigator to give information to the public
that what happen of that certain crime

Equipment- This refers the tools that can be used by the investigator to gather the pieces of evidence

Weather Condition- The weather can contaminate the evidence because of the rainy season to response
to that the investigator and his team will conduct faster so that the evidence can be preserve

4. Is health and well-being of a police officer an advantage in writing a report? Why?

Yes, because you cannot write if the police officer is not in his mind to do that or else the report would
be a nonsense to everybody that’s why is it very important the health of the police officer he could write
a report nicely and make sense to the readers that also be advantage
5. What are the qualities that an investigator must have? Do you think you have those qualities? If so,
then, is it possible that you can be a good report writer? Why or why not? Explain your answer. (note:
Enumerate only five qualities).

The qualities of an investigator are Professionalism, Integrity, Self-driven, Persistence, Problem Solver, I
think I have this kind of qualities because even if we have problem or solve anything sometimes, we
investigate to find out what is really happen. And yes, I can be a good in writing report because I have
these qualities and it can also help me to write a report, I can use them in writing
