Advantage

Hiring – some agency will accept people who wants the job of security guard

Source of information – Some place we didn’t know or familiar so we can to talk to the guard and ask

Less administrative and personal problems- Because their job is to secure the establishments and
protect the people inside

Disadvantage

Shifts- Some guards can’t take their night shift and the guard can’t leave that building and rest because
they need to shift another security guard to secure the building

Can’t take serious of their duty- Some security guards sleep their post and the consequence will be got
robbed or some guards talk to the people and it’s the advantage to the people will get enter to the
building

Lack of training- Some guards will forget their trainings and if the situation is getting serious the possible
is they can’t handle

Company Guard

Advantage

High caliber and receives higher wages- Because they are working for the company so expect to be
higher amount to be receive

Provides better service- So they are taking serious of this job like they are all checking people and
monitor possible suspicious

Can be trained to handle some of the more complex security duties- Because to highly trained people
they can manage whatever duties

Disadvantages

Cost more- because they are highly wages so it cost more

May be required guard union- because of the unity of the security guard and can create a movement
that destroy the company

Problem ensuring availability of back up personnel- Because of lacking of people and hiring this can be
the huge problem of the company
