A Resolution allowing the Honorable Mayor Billy M. Aceron to receive in behalf

of the Municipality of Palauig a parcel of land donated by the heirs of Simon
Quinto and Justina Altares.

Whereas, the Heirs of Simon Quinto and Justina Altares, namely Estella Quinto-Guiang and
Enrique D. Quinto, executed a Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement with Quitclaim and waiver of
rights over a parcel of land of their respective share, in favor of the Municipality of Palauig
dated June 1, 2021.

Whereas, the donated property in favor of the Municipality of Palauig by the above named
heirs is a 400 square meter parcel of land with a technical description of “Lot 5-A with an area
of 400 square meters bounded on the North and West by Lot 5-B; by national road: and East; by
Lot 5-E (Barangay Road)”.

Whereas, the Municipality of Palauig, is a public corporation created and existing under
Philippine Laws, represented by the Local Chief Executive, Honorable Billy M. Aceron.

Whereas, Honorable Billy M. Aceron, as the local chief Executive, accepts in behalf of the
Municipality of Palauig, the donated parcel of land by the grantor Estella Quinto-Guiang and
Enrique D. Quinto
