None for the defendant no.3

Defendant no.3 had appeared in person on 27.01.2021.

However, today, none has appeared on his behalf. Case called several
times since morning, but after repeated calls neither defendant no.3 nor
anyone else has come present before this Court today. As such, defendant
no.3 is hereby proceeded against exparte.

Correct address for the service of defendant no.1 & 5 not

filed. As a consequence thereof, summons against these defendants could
not be issued. Plaintiff through his counsel is directed to file the correct
address of these defendants within 5 days and thereafter fresh summons
against these defendants be again issued through ordinary manner as well
as through registered post for 29.11.2021 on filing of requisite Process
fees, copies of plaint, registered cover. Dasti summons be also issued on
request.

Notice issued to defendant no.2 & 4 through registered post

received back ‘unclaimed’. They be again summoned through RC/AD on
filing of registered cover for the date fixed.
