Pakikipaglaban ng mga Pilipinong Muslim para sa

pagkakakilanlan at Sariling bayan:

Ang mahirap na kalagayan ng
Bangsamoro

This is one of my favorite historical events that took place in the Philippines between the first Muslims
and Spanish and now the battle between the Bangsamoro people and the government of the republic of
the Philippines. Indeed, the events of that time can be repeated or easy to say history repeat itself. The
struggle of the Bangsamoro people is not over because they have not yet achieved the peace that they had
been hoping for. The Muslims were then given the identity of the Spaniards by giving them the name
'Moro' which is became in favor of them because they think the Spaniards are afraid against them.
On the 20th Century the Bangsamoro people still fight for their peace. Children, adults, women, men have
witnessed the violent and brutal events since the fierce battle between the Bangsamoro people and the
republic of the Philippines. Remember the Marawi massacre. Many innocent families were affected.
There is a question in my mind, why our people are suffering like this, innocent blood already polluting
the pearl of the east because of bloodshed.
How many more mothers will cry because they lost a child
How many more families will be affected by the freedom they are fighting for
How many more children will the parents lost
How many more parts of the body will be fired
When will the chaos end? Or is there even an end to wait?
I learned a lot of this Historical event, we do not always have to use your sword and gun to keep the
peace, sometimes we just have to give what others ask for the sake of Peace. Maybe because of that no
family will be destroyed, no one will lose loved ones. Like President Duterte did, because on his term he
passed the Bangsamoro Basic Law which Datu’s and Sultan believe is the key to the Freedom they have
long for. All learnings and information I got I can use for my future class.
