 Anxiety - is 

an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical


changes like increased blood pressure.
 Mood - a temporary state of mind or feeling.
 Threat - a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on
someone in retribution for something done or not done.
 Horrible - causing or likely to cause horror; shocking.
 Sensation - a physical feeling or perception resulting from something that happens to or comes
into contact with the body.
 Nagging - in interpersonal communication, is repetitious behaviour in the form of pestering,
hectoring, harassing, or otherwise continuously urging an individual to complete previously
discussed requests or act on advice.
 Excessive - more than is necessary, normal, or desirable; immoderate.

1. What is Anxiety Disorder?
- is a type of mental health condition. If you have an anxiety disorder, you may respond to
certain things and situations with fear and dread. You may also experience physical signs of
anxiety, such as a pounding heart and sweating. It's normal to have some anxiety.
2. Identify some physical feature of anxiety.
- A person may have physical symptoms of anxiety, including:
 a dry mouth
 lightheadedness or feeling faint
 hot flashes or chills
 restlessness
 shortness of breath
 sweating
 tingling or numbness
 an increased heart rate
 shaking
 nausea
 gastrointestinal symptoms, such as constipation, diarrhea, or indigestion
 changes in appetite
3. What is panic disorder? Explain your answer.
- is when you've had at least two panic attacks (you feel terrified and overwhelmed, even
though you're not in any danger) and constantly worry and change your routine to keep
from having another one. It's a type of anxiety disorder.
4. What is depression?
- is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you
think and how you act.

- A person with major depressive disorder remains depressed for an extended period and has
at least four of the following symptoms:
 Sleep problems.
 Loss of appetite or other eating issues.
 Lack of energy.
 Loss of concentration.
 Problems with self-image or confidence.

6. What is suicide? Why do some people commit suicide?
- Suicide means ending your own life. It is sometimes a way for people to escape pain or
suffering. People consider suicide for many reasons. Life experiences, trauma, mental health
conditions, and family history can all play a role.
