STRATEGIES USED-
Inductive Deductive Reasoning, Graphic Organizers Dimensions of Learning
Transaction in the Class would Proceed in the following Manner:-
1) The Class would start with a discussion on what the students have already learnt in
the previous classes and hence what is it that they would learn now.
2) They would also be told the significance of the topic that they would be studying.
INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC-
1) Introduction about Different Type of Numbers with Suitable Examples.
2) Differentiate Rational and Irrational Numbers.
3) Guided practice followed by Independent Practice of NCERT based/ type questions
to be discussed in the classroom.
C. TOPIC OF THE LESSON FOR PRESENTATION BY THE STUDENTS-
(Once in a week by rearranging classroom setting suitable for group work)
Students will be divided into groups & each group has been given task of representing different
types of Real Numbers on the Number Line using Successive Magnification Method.

1) To verify that the relation R in the set L of all lines in a plane, defined by R = {(l, m) : l ⊥ m}
is symmetric but neither reflexive nor transitive..2)
2) To demonstrate a function which is not one-one but is onto.
