Nearly 30% of young people in America are either bullies or the victims of bullies.

With a smart phone or computer, it’s just too easy to harm others. And this
cyberbullying ca continue day and night. Unfortunately, cyberbullying has sometimes
resulted in tragic cases of suicide.
Ryan as a gentle, sensitive boy. He was only 10, Ryan became the victim of a group of
bullies who picked on him because of his learning disorder and passion for music.
Soon Ryan could take no more and without telling anyone about what was happening
to him decided to commit suicide. Seventh month later, the States of Vermont passed
Bully Prevention Law. Today cyberbullying is recognized as a crime.
