For example for the overseas workers who working in harsh labour and the Midwest company,the

impact on the company and people involved in the future can be damaging, lastly,I will explore other's
point of view,if I can find the review from the past or current customers and their knowledge of
information I already have using this tips will help me make the best or feasible decision.

Subsequently in making the right decision,I will implore the companies to consider making positive
change about things I have found about the companies,that concerns,I will requested legal backing
binding documents to back my request in case of future problems or lawsuit that may ensue, however
before I proceed,I will inform my company legal team,time amage and public relations officer as matter
of urgency,what my proposal is,verify it with the company policies and procedure,get consent before
carrying on,I will highlight the probability of further delay and give tangible reason validated y my
findings and where possible,make sure that customers are carried along about possible delay to their
orders.

I recommend the above approach because as a procurement specialist,Nasira is and will be answerable
to her line manager while she still has the job and if anything goes wrong she will most likely be
answerable to the judge in court ,it matters resulted in law suits ,this situation although may cause
Nasira lots of pressure,it could be worst if she blindly makes decision that further put people's lives at
risk,in the case of the labourers overseas and the contaminated water that may be destructive to health
and livelihood,Aside from being creative in critical thinking,the person at the heart of it has their dignity
to protect,and it important not to get lost or consumed in the heat of the process then damage
integrity.

We all must have a support system making ,for help is a strength not a weakness,you truly can walk in
your shoes,we can walk side by side and support one another,I think about how society can change
when we support each other,(Salivanum2018) I believe teamwork is important in any job or working,or
work with people,Nasira can implement teamwork ability in this situation, because when you have
others working with you making a change might be possible and less weight,a problem share they say is
a problem solve,if she involve others either in doing research or getting information it will help her
critiquing analyzing and eventually arriving at a possible,right and beneficial outcome.

I know it seems long and it may has deadline to meet ,bit critical thinking including thinking outside the
box, it's sometimes the same way you will arrive at the same answer,but if you implement other
methods there is the possibility of a productive outcome,and possible she might place orders from a
company that manufactures product at t the expense of people's lives and well being,and also the
reputation of the company.

Nasiira had genuine concerns about ordering from either of the suppliers overseas and the workers
overseas and the lives of people living in the Midwest where the suppliers company located due to
water contamination.
