* We can use whoever to mean ‘it doesn’t matter who’, ‘anybody who’ or ‘the person who’.
Examples: Whoever told you that was lying.
Whoever comes to the door, tell them I’m out.
I’m not opening the door, whoever you are.

* Whatever, whichever, whenever, wherever and however are used in similar ways.

* Present tenses are used to talk about the future after these words.
Examples: Whatever you do, I’ll always love you. (NOT: Whatever you’ll do…)
Whichever of them you marry, you’ll have problems.
I try to see Vicky whenever I go to London.
Wherever he goes, he’ll find friends.
However much he eats, he never gets fat.
