1. We all know that physical activity is one of the most important things
we should do, yet we don't prioritize it. We decided not to perform it
due to the increased burden. This session re-inspired me to engage
in physical activity and exercise, even if it was difficult to get started.
I'll attempt to push myself to do it and manage my time so that I can
stay physically fit even if I'm busy throughout the day. Because of my
current circumstances, I have a lot of things to accomplish and I'm
still adjusting, the session I went to was a means for us college
students to conduct physical activities eve we’re at home. However,
we can be conscious that we need to engage in physical activities
and maintain a healthy lifestyle as a result of the sessions provided
by WRP.

2. When my online class did not start yet, I started sleeping early at
night and becoming a morning person in order to be productive
during the day. To be honest, I'm currently sleep deprived and
exhausted of everything, but I'm gradually adjusting my study habits
and reminding myself to at least go for a walk every morning and
drink enough of water. My mother has been a huge support to me
because she is the one who keeps me going throughout the day and
always cooks healthy dishes. Because playing with my 2-year-old
cousin is part of my everyday routine, he also encourages me in
doing physical activities. Every afternoon, we go for a run and play
anything exhausting. With his drive, I know I'll be able to be physically
active every day. But every day is different for me. Some days I'm too
lazy to get out of bed, but others I'm fine with strolling and playing.
