We are all affected by COVID - 19 because this virus is a major social and economic

problem worldwide nowadays. But in my opinion the most affected people by the
coronavirus are some immigrants and refugees who arrive in other countries with
almost no resources. Due to they have much more difficulty protecting themselves from
this virus. That is why I think governments should use some of their resources to help
to stop the spread of COVID-19 among these people.

According to the World Economic Forum, the socioeconomic status of migrants

prevents them from taking all precautionary measures against COVID-19 which are
advised, and also if a person is infected it would not be easy for him/ her to receive
medical care because of the lack of financial resources. As I see it, this virus is a
challenge for immigrants, even though there are other dangerous diseases that often
affect them in their countries. Therefore, they need to be protected from infection,
because in some countries if you go to a doctor but you do not have documentation or
health insurance, they can not treat you. I believe that almost all countries have enough
resources to help these people and  for that reason the governments should show
greater solidarity with them.

To sump up, the immigrants must receive more resources from the Governments to
fight like all people with this dangerous virus, since 900 million immigrants are at risk of
contracting the disease and they are not the only people affected.
