This one was made in 2011, and itis in near mint condition, has no repairs or cosmetic issues, and shows very little playwear. It features a 14-fret, 000 body with a Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. The result is a rich, warm sound that can be punchy without being overbearing.it remains mellow and dry, but you can push it hard with a pick and get nice response. Since this one was made, the model has changed slightly. Unlike a brand new one, this 000-18 sports Grover Rotomatic tuners, a rosewood fingerboard and a rosewood bridge. The rosewood keeps the guitar's tone a little warmer, and its trebles aren't bright and harsh as can happen with ebony fingerboards. This is a great guitar, true to the Martin name and reputation. It includes its original molded plastic hardshell case.
