SHOULD GOVERNMENTS USE THEIR RESOURCES TO HELP TO STOP THE

SPREAD OF COVID-19 AMONG THE REFUGEES AND POOREST
IMMIGRANTS?

Currently, we are all suffering a global pandemic, Covid-19. I believe the only way to
get it over is being joined and being supportive with those who are in the poorest
conditions and who really need help, the refugees and poorest immigrants

Although we are all having a bad situation, immigrants and refugees are the most
affected due to many facts, such as they are living in another country which is not their
country of origin, they usually sleep in a refugee camp with much more people, they
might not have access to sanitation or they don’t have the suitable hygiene measures.
Because of that, I think governments should use their resources to help them. For
example, instead of living in huge refugees camps, government could set up a pavilion
with the appropriate hygiene measures, therefore refugees and immigrants will be
safe and with less vulnerabilities. Governments could also provide them the food and
medicines necessary to survive.

To sum up, we need to be in solidarity with everyone. From my point of view, refugees
and poorest immigrants should be helped by governments. I think it isn’t very hard and
it can help a lot.
