Republic of the Philippines Department of Coucation REGION VIII SCHOOLS DIVISION OF SOUTHERN LEYTE 03 JUN 2021 DIVISION MBMORANDUM No. {J .s. 2021 ADDENDUM TO DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 101-2021 RE GUIDELINES ON THE ‘TRANSFER OF TEACHERS FROM ONE STATION TO ANOTHER: To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chiefs, Functional Divisions Public Schools District Supervisors and DICs Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned 1, Relative to Division Memorandum No. 101-2021 dated 14 May 2021, titled Guidelines on the Transfer of Teachers from One Station to Another, this Office announces that teachers from other Divisions or Regions who are seeking for transfer to the Division of Southern Leyte shall be included and considered in the aforementioned Guidelines. In this connection, paragraph 4 of said Division Memorandum shall now read as follow: “In order to come up with an objective list of candidates for transfer from among all transfer applicants, herewith as Annex A is the Table of Comparative Analysis for ‘Teachers Seeking Transfer with the corresponding points for each criterion (Rubrics). USING this table, all School Heads are directed to prepare a list of teachers seeking for transfer and submit it to their respective Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) or District-in-Charge (DIC). All School Heads shall accept and include in the Table of Comparative Analysis for Teachers Seeking Transfer not only requests of transfer from teachers within the Division but also requests of transfer by teachers from other Divisions and Regions to the Division of Southern Leyte.” 2. All other provisions in Division Memorandum No. 101-2021 shall remain in force and effect. 3. All School Heads, PSDSs, DICs, School/District Information Officers are directed to cause the widest dissemination of this Memorandum within their respective areas of responsibility.
