Procedure

1. Combine phase A and blend well until all is dissolved.

2. Combine phase B and blend.

3. Add phase A to phase B under agitation, using a stick blender, propeller mixer or homogenizer.

4. Add phase C, one ingredient at the time. Blend well.

5. Check pH (~5). Adjust if needed.
