temperature (℃)

1) Temperature setting of cooling water:

 Chiller 22±0.5℃(it does not have to be changed in summer)
2) Requirements on Cooling Water:
 Purified water should be used.
 In order to prevent the growth of mold that may lead to blockage,
adding alcohol solution to about 10% of the total volume is
recommended.

Raycus User Guide | Installation 13

Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies Co., Ltd
User Guide of 2000W fiber laser
 If ambient temperature is between -10℃ and 0℃, we recommend to
use 30% alcohol(volume ratio), and replace it every 2 months.
 If ambient temperature is below -10 ℃ , the chiller with both heating
and cooling functions must be used, and keep it in full-time operation.
3) Other cooling system requirements:
 Check the entire water system and joints for leaks when starting the
cooling system the first time. The external water pipe must be installed
